Having just finished on a Development meeting it has been decided that due to some current issues and show stopping bugs we will have to delay our release by a few weeks, to that end the "July" release will now slip into August.
Normally Project Reality do not announce timeframes for releases at all, however as this is a v0.1 BETA, and has been a long time in development we feel it right to keep you informed of this.
We are very close at present, but just need to fix these current issues that affect gameplay hugely and ensuring the assets we need ingame, are indeed completed, on top of that we have also unexpectedly lost one of our Developers who was instrumental in this area.
Although not for v0.1, it shows concurrent work and playing with the current camo netting on the Scimitar 2. I know not many people will have seen this vehicle yet, but believe me it will be well known soon in RL

Gucke mir grad die ganzen "tutorial" videos an.
Ähnliches gilt dann auch für die Anzeige der eigenen Einheiten auf der Karte....das ist doch schon eher veraltet.

Project Reality: ARMA 2 v0.15 BETA Release Date
It has been 6 months since the release of Project Reality Arma 2 v0.1 BETA, and the team has been hard at work fixing bugs and introducing new gameplay elements.
The pre-release test that's been running over at Tactical Gamer for the past month has helped us gauge performance, as well as highlighting further bugs. We've resolved everything that we determined was necessary in order to get the release finalised. In terms of performance, we're very happy. Thanks to BIS the release of the ArmA2:OA Patch 1.60 in December finally allows us all to play without the warping and freezing that bedeviled our 0.1 release.
So, we're happy to announce that the release date for PR: ARMA2 v.015 BETA is:
Friday, March 16th, 2012 at 19:00:00
PRT (Project Reality Time) / UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)
Project Reality: ARMA 2 v0.15 BETA Trailer
The Project Reality Team has created the following trailer to highlight some of the additions and gameplay changes you will find in the Project Reality: ARMA 2 v0.15 BETA release. Enjoy!
Project Reality: ARMA 2 v0.15 BETA Release Information
A huge amount of work has been completed on identified bugs and plenty on unidentified ones as well, game modes have been revised, and new features have been introduced. We have new missions on Chernarus and the US Army faction has been included on Takistan. A complete change log of the 0.15 Beta release can be viewed here.
Project Reality: ARMA 2 v0.15 beta requires:
ARMA2 plus Operation Arrowhead (collectively known as Combined Operations).
For a better experience, we strongly recommend the British Armed Forces DLC too.
Your game must be patched to 1.60. In addition we highly recommend using the latest BIS beta patch as there have been several important bug-fixes since patch 1.60. If you use a beta patch, ensure you add the switch '-beta' to your Project Reality shortcut. More help available in the forums if required.
Future Direction of PR : ARMA 2
Straight back to work after this release, the team hopes to have the 0.2 public release out soon after this. The 0.2 release will focus on assets and our upcoming new map, Afghan Village. And of course as a public release it will mean that you, the public, will be able to license and open servers.
Recruitment
The Project Reality Team is recruiting ARMA 2 developers, in particular those with knowledge of config files and Oxygen 2. If you are skilled and knowledgeable with ARMA 2 development, and would like to join the team ... then register on the forums here and PM [R-DEV]epoch.
